Recurring / Subscription Orders

Fynal Form is excited to offer recurring orders/subscription sales on our range of products. By purchasing this way you can save up to 29% on the full price of the product and set and forget so your product turns up on your door at your delivery intervals.

 

When purchasing a subscription/recurring order you agree to a minimum two (2) order purchase and charge.

 

Fynal Form engages a third party software provider for our recharge orders and once the agreement has been entered into, this agreement is between the customer and the recharge app service.

 

Customers must be over the age of 18 years and provide full legal name, current address, valid email address and any other legal information needed in order to complete the signup.

 

You are responsible for keeping your Shopify password secure, which is your means of entering the Recharge App Service. Fynal Form cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

 

You are responsible for all activity and content that is updated under your subscription service. This information can be updated, cancelled or deleted from your customer dashboard.  

 

If for any reason you believe you have entered into a recurring/subscription service by accident we request that you contact us via email with your order number at hello@fynalformnutrition.com and we will provide a full refund after all products have been returned unopened and in their original condition.

AfterPay

With AfterPay, you can buy now & pay for your order over four fortnightly payments. There's no interest or added fees. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight, and you will receive your order immediately.

You simply need:

  • A debit card or credit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • To live in Australia

To use this service simply: Add your items to your shopping bag and complete the checkout.

The payment arrangement is made with AfterPay and they will approve payments at time of order. For first time AfterPay customers, the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over 6 weeks. Existing AfterPay customers’ first payment will be made in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase.

User Generated Content (UGC)

By posting any content on social media pages Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube about Fynal Form Nutrition (the Company) or its products, you are providing the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub licensable right not only to use but also to modify, reproduce, publish, adapt, translate and create derivative from it. You are also providing the Company and its associates the right to use the name submitted in relation to the content. You guarantee that you own or have full control over the rights to the content that you have posted.
