Same Day Dispatch

Fynal Form Nutrition dispatches all orders placed before 1:00pm AEST Monday–Friday on the same business day. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include full tracking details sent via email once dispatched.

All orders placed before 1:00pm AEST, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Once your order leaves Fynal Form Nutrition, it will be shipped via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Australia-Wide Shipping Rates

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $140 AUD

• $10 Flat Rate Standard Shipping (2–8 business days)

• $15 Express Shipping (1–4 business days)

Approximate Delivery Times:

Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

South Australia & Tasmania Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Western Australia & Northern Territory Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen shipping delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us at hello@fynalformnutrition.com and our team will assist in locating your parcel.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee refunds for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once parcels have been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened products or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fynalformnutrition.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
