Is there a required minimum number of orders for subscribing?

Yes, please note that to maintain fairness and the integrity of this program, there is a minimum requirement of two orders before a subscription can be cancelled. After your second order you can stop your subscription at any time.

While your subscription always includes the same discount percentage (e.g. 29% off), the base price of the product may change over time in line with regular pricing updates across our store. If product prices increase, your subscription will continue to apply the discount to the updated product price. You can review or edit your subscription at any time via your account or through the link in your order confirmation email.

We require at least 3 business days prior to your next subscription order date to process a cancellation. My promo code is not working with my subscription?

Please be aware that discount codes and special offers cannot be combined with our subscriptions, as our subscription service already offers discounted pricing.

We are committed to developing only the highest quality products from clean and pure ingredients that deliver results, never compromise on taste, and support healthy lifestyles. From health support supplements, all our products are always made from non-GMO, 100% natural ingredients without any nasties or fillers. Everything we put into our products has a purpose in supporting healthy lifestyles.

How should I store my Fynal Form products?

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and ensure lid is placed on packaging after each use.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We use the highest quality ingredients available and don't include any artificial ingredients. It should be an acceptable source of nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding for healthy women. As every pregnancy can be different, we do recommend that prior to taking our protein, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a physician or their health care professional to ensure our products are suitable for you.

Do your products contain caffeine?

No our products do not contain caffeine.

Why does it say on your packaging "Processed in a facility that also processes products containing gluten, milk, fish, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, corns and seeds"?

As our products are made in a facility not exclusively dedicated to gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free, nut-free, and seed-free manufacturing we must include that particular line on our labels. Our manufacturing partner in regional NSW, produces a variety of items for different companies, including ours. As a small, family-operated business, we currently do not have our own dedicated manufacturing facility, but it's a goal we are excitedly working towards! Despite these limitations, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Our manufacturer is selected for their professionalism and dedication to maintaining rigorous cleaning processes between production runs and every measure is taken to prevent cross-contamination. Their cleaning procedures are thorough and meticulous, aimed at eliminating any risk of allergen residue in our products.

How can I get free shipping?

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping across Australia for orders exceeding $139.99. For orders under $139, a flat rate of $13.95 applies. We also offer Express Post if you need your order quicker.

Tracking Your Order

We refer to the approximate delivery times as supplied by Australia Post. Please use the tracking number sent to your email once your order has been processed to find the expected delivery date.

If you have not received your order by the suggested date by Australia Post website, please contact us and we will help you track it down and have it in your hands ASAP.

IMPORTANT: Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse, they become the responsibility of Australia Post and are therefore beyond our control. If you have chosen a tracked delivery option during checkout, you will receive updates from both White Wolf Nutrition and Australia Post regarding your tracking information.

Please be aware - we cannot take responsibility for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item is marked as 'delivered' in our tracking system, any further queries regarding your delivery should be directed to Australia Post.

Keep in mind that Australia Post will retain your item at the post office for a limited time only. Should your package be returned to our warehouse after this period, you will need to cover the cost of resending the package to your address.

4. International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping. The shipping rates for international destinations will be determined during the Checkout process. Depending on your location and the chosen shipping method, delivery times can range from 2 to 5 weeks.

Taxes and Duties - All applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees incurred during international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price and may vary based on your location.

Customs Declaration - It is a mandatory requirement for us to declare the retail value of your order directly on the package. This is in compliance with customs regulations.

Estimated Delivery Time - While we strive for efficiency, please anticipate receiving your order within 10-15 business days from the shipping date, provided there are no delays from your local customs authorities.

International and Customs Delays?

Occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion. Such circumstances are beyond our control and may affect the delivery time of your order. We recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to making a purchase to understand any potential duties and customs charges. This can help you avoid unexpected costs and delays.

International order tracking?

Once your international order has been dispatched and is with your local postal service, it can become challenging for us to directly track its progress. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to your local postal service office or utilising their website for tracking updates. Please refer to the tracking number provided to you at the time your order was placed for detailed information. It's important to note that the Australia Post website is our primary resource for logistics within Australia only and may not provide information on international shipments once they have left Australia. For updates beyond this point, your local postal services will be the most reliable source of information.

Currency and exchange rates?

All orders made through whitewolfnutrition.com will be in Australian dollars AUD. The final amount does NOT include any local taxes, duties, levies or tariffs. For exchange rate please contact your preferred financial institution. Credit card processors MAY charge you a conversion fee.

Will i be charged tarrifs or customs duties when ordering from the USA?

As of May 2025, new regulations introduced by US Customs mean that any items declared with a country of origin as China or Hong Kong are now subject to a 145% import tariff. These tariffs apply to all shipments, regardless of value—there are no low-value exemptions as there were in the past. 

Our products are blended and/or packed in Australia, but some include imported ingredients. In accordance with shipping and customs protocols, certain product declarations (e.g. country of origin for raw materials) may automatically flow through to international shipping labels, depending on your destination: 

As a result, US-based orders may face:

  • 145% tariff charges, payable by the recipient
  • Formal clearance processes with US Customs
  • Significant delays at the border
  • Returned or abandoned parcels if tariffs are not paid

5. Returns Policy

What is your returns policy

In the event of a change of mind, you are welcome to return your unopened product to our warehouse for online store credit. It's important to include your order number and email address to complete this process. The returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Please be aware that the postage costs for returning the items are not covered by us.

Additionally, when sending your order back, make sure to include a tracking number. This is crucial as we are not responsible for items lost during transit, and without a tracking number, store credit may not be approved. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue store credit after conducting an inspection. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item for us to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened due to a 'change of mind', as we understand that tastes can differ. Hence, we advise you to choose your products carefully.

I want to return my order?

As per our Returns Policy, we can only accept returns for product purchased direct from our website. They must be unopened and undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products. Please be aware that the postage costs for returning the items are not covered by us.

Please include a tracking number with your return. This is crucial as we are not responsible for items lost during transit, and without a tracking number, store credit may not be approved. Once we receive the returned goods, store credit will be issued following their inspection. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.

I would like a refund?

We will refund products that are deemed to be faulty or defective. We will issue a store credit for products returned however they must be unopened and undamaged and able to be resold. Please provide us with a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant photos. We will assess the situation and determine if the product is eligible for a refund or store credit
